MW: Fine, so people raised issues informally and you managed them
informally. The number of issues you have might affect the tools
you use to manage the issues. For myself I would use a word document
or spreadsheet for numbers less than about 50 and a database for
numbers greater than baout 50. I still have an issues log either way.
The policy does not prescribe how an issues list shall be managed.
Only that it shall be publicly available.

MW: I disagree - obviously. So lets get on with the vote and see
whose opinion has support. I am confident because we already had
a vote on this issue and the result was strongly in favour. This
vote is really about the details not the principle.

MW: On the contrary, all of the current documents would be helped
with an issues log. I would not consider developing the 4D Ontology
without one. In fact I have been delaying the start of work on that
because I think this is so important.
