P&P: Fair listing of starter documents

SUO P&P Group,

        I feel the only way to list starter documents is in order of
approval, with no special preference.

        I feel Matthews draft web page at
http://suo.ieee.org/newindex.html puts down the first four documents and
emphasizes the Lattice document as a better solution.  This is far from a
fair listing.  

        How do others feel?
