        Well, you may be right, and I hope you are.  I'd suggest you
implement these procedures (even before the policy get approved) to see
if that will generate more input to your 4D ontology.

        While I still don't see a compelling need for the procudures,
they can only help, and probably can't hurt, so I'll withdraw my
objections.  I suggest you contact Frank Farance directly to see if he
can live with the current version.  I'm not sure if he reads all mail
from this list, so if you can't reach him, let me know and I'll call him.
