As announced earlier, the next meeting of the Subcommittee will be held on Sunday, January 23rd, 2000, at the Ramada Inn, Silicon Valley, in Sunnyvale, California. The meeting will begin at approximately 10AM or later, at the termination of the G-2.1.4 meeting. The meeting is being held adjacent to the Photonics West Convention, which several of our members will be attending, and which begins on Monday, January 24^th, 2000.

The Draft Agenda for the G-2.1.6 meeting is attached. The Draft Minutes of the 14th meeting of the Subcommittee on November 1^st, 1999 should be available on the IEEE Web site, courtesy of our Secretary, Doug Lung.
