Agenda
1. clause 22 - Doug Sprague's issues with regard to pattern fail report. I have incorporated the ones that seemed obvious improvements. Ones in question are in the issues doc.

3. status to report at ITC meeting
Meeting discussion
IEEE meeting clearances
Nothing under discussion or presentation for this meeting
was identified as being proprietary or restricted.
sub-clause 6.8 - Move of @@ and @T from dot3 to dot1:
- constrain appearance of @-stuff, for use in other extensions only
- add expression example, but no context...
- add dot-zero restrictions

ScanStructures block, clause D15
cellin and cellout identification requires hierarchical partitioning
of information, Denis is concerned that this support instance-specific
but not 'celltype' support. Other issue is coordinating across design
contexts, where nets may not exist across different domains that may
require this data. Namemaps can support the remapping but the
mechanism of namemaps is basically flat, and again we really want only
a single 'type'-name reference.
concern about matching of elements at some atomic level; scope
- enlarge example in l.2 to contain two instances of celltypes
- clarify context of usability, whe is this construct usable? state
parallel sim tools have common understanding of netlist env.
status to report at ITC meeting
Status for ITC meeting: number of issues grew during review, major
outstanding issue is expression syntax clarifications. Complete no
later than November.
