Phone Conference P1450.2 Working Doc Subgroup Thurs June 28, 10:00 am PDT --------------------------------------------- Attendees: ---------- gregg wilder ernie wahl dave colby greg maston tony taylor dave dowding Agenda ------ Agreed to by consensus: 1) Review Table 1 [2] in the order of (a) Gregg's proposed resolutions, (b) unresolved issues. Documents discussed: -------------------- [1] p1450.2 proposal, dated 6/19/01, distributed by Gregg. [2] Table 1: pre-ballot resolution proposal, distributed by Gregg. A. Pre-ballot Resolution, Gregg's proposals ------------------------------------------- MI-1: gregg's proposal accepted LM-1: gregg's proposal accepted LM-2: gregg's proposal accepted, with ammendment to add "issue is outside the scope of this effort" LM-4: gregg's proposal accepted LM-5: proposal modified, to NOT wait the ramp time (or internal times of events) but are defined to start at the end of each previous time. Diagram generated for LM-4 to be modified to reflect this behavior. B. Pre-ballot Resolution, unresolved proposals ---------------------------------------------- MI-2: some discussion about "measuring" vs "limits checks". This particular issue was resolved as being outside the scope of this effort. LM-3: Some discussion about whether the Apply statement can support this notion; current understanding the Working Group is that the Apply with a curent expression should address this. Gregg add example of using Apply here. DS-1: Gregg will add an overall example of all constructs, as an annex, to support clarification of section 9.3. DS-2: ask Doug if he wants to add an example of this for an annex. DS-3: add "Signals may be grouped differently here than in other STIL blocks, to facilitate organization of this data for DC level representation", or something like this. Tony will draft some info and send to Greg to send to Gregg. DS-4: no action taken; Gregg will present Dave D's tester to Doug as an example of a tester that does do this (and motivation to not add a sentence here, because this sentence would be valid for most constructs for some testers). IEEE interface -------------- Start ballot formation. Greg will contact Gregg with some names to try to initiate this process. Next Meeting ------------ In two weeks, with new (and hopefully final) document.
