Minutes of P1450.2 Conference Call

Agenda: Review ballot comments from first P1450.2 ballot, along with
  proposed resolutions and proposed draft D13,1/14/02.

Discussion:

Discussed Jim Showman's e-mail issue regarding removal of ClampVRef from
Figure 2 and 10.1, leaving ClampHi and ClampLo. Also need to add ClampHi
and ClampLo to definitions in 3.1. Proposal was accepted by working group.

Discussed NH-1,2,3 from resolution document. Proposed resolutions were accepted
by working group. Gregg requested that WG members review and comment on
introduction and list of WG members.

Discussed NJ-1,2 from resolution document. Proposed resolutions were accepted
by working group.

Discussed GR-1,2,3,4,5,6 from resolution document. For GR-1,3: Ernie suggested
changing A,AZ,Y,YZ in Figure 3 to Va,Vaz,Vy,Vyz. Also need to add Va,Vaz,Vy,Vyz
to definitions in 3.1.
For GR-2: Gregg will ask Greg Maston for help.
For GR-4: WG agreed that PowerRaise and PowerLower should refer to moving in a
positive and negative direction, not absolute value. Description in 12.1 needs
to be clarified.
For GR-5: WG approved proposed change in draft. Dave Dowding also suggested
changing T0 in 12.2 to "Start of this DCSequence".
For GR-6: WG approved proposed change in draft.

Gregg will send proposed changes for GR-1,2,3,4,5,6 to Gordon Robinson for
his comments.

Ballot resolution review will continue at the next conference call.
