1) Spent about 45 min discussing the Tutorial that Dan has prepared. Several issues arose with regard to section 1.2 which presents a TRC representation of the LS245 example.
MaxTimeSet 2 { PerGroup 16; }
MaxTimeSet 1 { PerGroup 1; }
The CompareEvents statement should remove the identifier "Window..." and the list of events should be expaned to include the lower case events. That way the window/edge is implicit.
2) We reviewed the PatternCharacteristics block with the modifications for InstructionCharacteristics. Came up with the following improvements:
Inside the InstructionCharacteristics block add a new statement:
AllowedWhen bool-expr;
The motivation is to allow something like 'mod2' to be specified, meaning that the instruction can only on even addresses.
Allow the "Repeat integer;"
statement. Also add Repeat to the list of instruction in the AppliesTo
statement.
3) We reviewed the "TRC-ERR" definition that Tony has added to the document. The group felt that this was a good addition to the document and helped to establish the context of comparing pattern resource requirements to ATE resource capabilities.
Suggestion was made that we add index numbers to the TRC-ERR statements.
