1. Clause 5 - tutorial

• Changes since last meeting

  - Annex E -> Clause 5.2 - moved to tutorial

  - Clause 5.3 -> clause 5.4 - re-org by tony, now includes resource examples 9.2, 9.3, annex F

  - Clause 5.0, 5.1, 5.2 - re-work by Dan

• Dan's update was reviewed and should be moved into the doc.

• Some minor changes in the tutorial were noted where old syntax needs to be removed.

• WG is quite pleased with the completeness of the tutorial and the organization of the document in general

2. Issues list

• Tony is to make the changes to the doc to address issues: TT-2, TT-4.

3. Review readiness

• Tony is to send out an announcement that STIL3 is ready for an "unofficial" review, prior to IEEE ballot. Since the wg has lost a number of active participants, this is an opportunity to get their input. We would like to get most ATE companies to review it.

• WG wants to make a clean-up pass through the doc and expects to be ready by the Dec 6 meeting.
