PAR entering the 4th year - The IEEE - PAR for this work will expire after one more year unless either: a) we request and extension, or b) we go to ballot. After a brief discussion as to the current status of our work, we decided not to request and extension at this time, as we fully expect to begin balloting this year.

Results of unofficial review - The review of Draft-D06 has been completed. Comments have been received from the following individuals listed below. Reviewer comments are available on the web site.

Plans for reviewing and addressing the issues - We plan to review each reviewer list in these bi-weekly meetings. Reviewers will be invited to participate (and would, no doubt add value to the discussion) as we go over the issues. The tentative schedule for reviewing is identified in the list above. A new Draft-D07 will be created as the issues are addressed. A ResolutionDoc-D07 will capture the key issues and decisions.

DF - Review issues - We reviewed all the issues submitted by Dan. The discussion and resolution of the issues is included in the resolution doc (-D07).
