Discussion:
Ratify Draft D07
Draft D07 is approved unanimously; all changes accepted
Tony to create a new Draft D08
UndrivenInOut < Yes | No >;
Tony brought up an issue of adding UndrivenInOut as a new statement withing the SignalCharacteristics block. The purpose of this statement is primarily in pattern reporting and states that there are times within the pattern that a signal is not being driven by the tester or the device.
Statement was approved by wg.
LoopCharacteristics
Tony suggests that the statements for defining loop characteristics be embedded in a local block instead of by reference.
wg agreed with this suggestion, with the addition that an optional name be allowed on the block
MaxEdgeTime
Dan pointed out that the examples for MaxEdgeTime (p34?) are out of date.
Tony agreed to fix them
Waveforms graphics from 1450.0
Tony brought up a suggestion of adding the waveform graphics from 1450.0 (tabl;es 9, 10, 11, 12) into the 1450.3 document. The reason for this is to make it easier for users to figure out the waveforms without having to go between two documents.
Greg objected to this idea. Only the defining document should contain the "normative" definition of any given concept.
It is suggested that a "crib" sheet be created and published as a supporting document to all of the 1450 dots.
Ballot Plans
The working group, having successfully worked through all the issues from the "un-official" review now feels that the standard is getting close to being ballot ready.
One issue still remaining is a tester rule file to be provided by Jason. There are also several individuals that were not able to participate in the D06 review.
Tony agreed to contact Jason Doege, Dave Dowding, and Gordon Robinson to see if they are willing to review and provide input prior to going to ballot.
Greg agreed to manage the IEEE interface for the ballot process.
WG to create a proposed ballot list
