MaxVectorsCount statement

• We rediscussed the use of MaxNest as a way to specify once/inline and agreed to the change

• We agreed to the following syntax to cover the multiple vectors definition

      VectorCount < PerVectorMemory | VectorMemoryPer > integer;

• We agreed that the above statement should be inside the InstructionCharacteristics block

• We agreed to add two more attributes to AppliesTo: BasePattern and Macro

• Then we agreed to do away with AppliesTo and put the attributes after the InstructionCharacteristics keyword

• We felt that VectorModulus is now replaced by the new VectorCount statement and therefore should be removed.

• Tony will make the above adjustments to D10

Dan's TRC document on the D4032 tester

• We discussed and agreed with Dan's proposed NumberModules statement.

• We identified some minor changes - removal of tics on simple expressions; use of Ann instead of //.

• Dan is going to make the updates to the TRC file.

Other

• We agreed that Dan's TRC for D4032 as well as the others in the annex are to be published on stilusers.org.

• We identified the need for a TRC validation program. Ideally it should be part of the STIL validator now being evaluated. It could be a separate function. Possible sources of such a checker would be Mentor and Synopsys since they both have to read and perform TRC checks as part of the ATPG process.

• We discussed the confusion of STIL meetings at ITC - dot3, dot4, dotAMS - and concluded that we didn't have any better solution than to let Dave and Jean-Louis continue to work out a solution. Greg pointed out that there is a TTSG meeting from 1 to 3 on Monday.
