1. Proof reading efforts

No new inputs from the wg at this time. We decided to set june 22 as the deadline for wg to complete proofing. Tony suggested that readers focus on the syntax sections - clauses 9 through 18 - then, if time permits, review the intro sections and the Annexes.

2. IEEE - MyBallot process

The IEEE has now made Tony the person responsible for the dot3 ballot. Using this new responsibility, Tony has submitted the ballot request and list of participants to IEEE. The invitation to ballot is to be sent out by IEEE any time now.
