    3. As per Greg Maston, a STIL.4 compliant tool has to support all STIL.4 features, i.e., remove text that says otherwise ASAP (unassigned task)
    4. Ernie: rework "P1450 4-Top_Level_Diagram_Figures_1-2.ppt" as per discussion, i.e., reduce to 1 diagram with SignalMap removed, make IEEE compliant.
