CONSENSUS: "top level flow" diagram, line 4408: 
    - Multiple FlowVariables bubbles each with connecting arrow
    - Reduce SoftBinDefs and HardBinDefs to single bubble
    - Make EntryPoints connector a simple line; distinction signifies containment rather than reference 

NO CONSENSUS (tied vote): change TestBase Parameter App from type String to type Enum
