Debate continued on STIL.4's support for tracking and non-tracking expressions. Ernie requested that alternative semantics and syntax be butressed by an example parallel to that of Appendix G.2.1 "Speed Binning With Scalable Timing" so that the group can evaluate the efficacy of the alternative as compared to the current.

ACTION ITEM: Ernie will fill out Appendix G.2.1 with STIL structures supporting the definition and use of TestType ScalableSpeed and email the resulting Word doc to Jim for breakup into sub-documents and posting for sign-out via Subversion.
