Attendees: Ric Dokken, Scott Franzen, Carey Garrenton, Greg Maston, Jim O'Reilly, Ernie Wahl Line and clause numbers if any are with regard to STIL.4 syntax document D01 dated May 25, 2015. Agenda: 1. Delineate Basic and Extended STIL.4 syntax. Suggestions so far: a. Named Signals blocks and related features belong to Extended. b. ATE pertinent syntax belongs to Basic. ATPRG pertinent syntax belongs to Extended. c. Device block and related features belong to Extended. CONSENSUS: use option B from the agenda for delineation between Basic and Extended syntax: "ATE pertinent syntax belongs to Basic. ATPRG pertinent syntax belongs to Extended." NOTE: Syntax on both sides of the dividing line may be used for either purpose as a tool provider sees fit. Tags "Basic" and "Extended" or "ATE" and "ATPRG" for the syntax division were not agreed upon. ACTION_ITEM: with respect to delineation between Basic and Extended syntax, Ernie will complement Rick's analysis on where STIL.4 extensions to other STIL extensions fall with where the remainder of the STIL.4 clauses fall to produce a complete list of STIL.4 clauses marked as Basic, Extended, or Mixed. PROPOSED: provide text near the top of the document suggesting what clauses constitute minimal useful syntax.
