Attendees: Ric Dokken, Scott Franzen, Carey Garrenton, Greg Maston, Jim O'Reilly, Ernie Wahl Line and clause numbers if any are with regard to STIL.4 syntax document D01 dated July 2, 2015. CONSENSUS: rationale placement is under clause 9 STIL statement. CONSENSUS: rationale text is as follows To target intended use cases, this standard has been divided into a "Basic" and "Extended" set of language syntax definitions. The Extended set is a superset of the Basic set. Usage of the "Basic" capability set is designated by the "Flow 2015" keyword in the STIL statement block. This "Basic" set imposes minimal changes to usage of clauses defined in existing STIL standards. Usage of the "Extended" capability set is designated by the "FlowExtended 2015" keyword in the STIL statement block. This extended capability includes syntax/semantic changes to clauses in existing STIL standards. Usage of these features may not be typical in the scope of a test program deployed at a tester. Instead, these features are more likely to be used in offline test program generation applications.
