- Remove numeric equivalencies on all standard Enum definitions

- ACCEPT standard Enum CheckResult (turn black)

- ACCEPT TestBase parameter execResult and standard Enum CheckResult (turn
  black)

- REINSTITUTE TestBase parameter failed and standard Enum FailMode as follows:
  delete single strike through items, restore NOFAIL, leave remainder of
  enumeration colors as is, turn Enum FailMode statement black.

- Explain Enum ExecResult semantics as they apply to standard TestBase under
  parameter "execResult". Semantics for NORESULT are test-type dependent.
