  REPLACE statement "Resolution of the differing test_typdef_stmts is beyond the scope ..." 
  WITH “The TEST_TYPE_NAME, specified in the test_typedef_stmt (see "32.1 TestType Syntax"), is not visible outside the brace enclosed block and therefore not available for other Test instantiations or TestType inheritance. If the TEST_TYPE_NAME is the same as the name of a TestType defined at the top or TestProgram level, the local definition prevails.”
