Is it decided to exlude Kaucher/modal intervals?
Have there been some arguments? It seems I have
missed them.
The correspondence with Nate Hayes has quite a bit about this. Writing as
a Tech Ed I get the
impression that the consensus is
"This standard should not concern itself with standardising Kaucher/modal
intervals, but should aim, as
far as possible, to make them easy to implement 'on top of' the standard."
