IEEE working group 1788 mailing list members:

There has been a question about what Policy and Procedures
document is up for ratification.  I have attached the
version upon which you should vote.

I remind people of the procedure:

1. Vote "yes" or "no".

2. If you vote "no," then state what changes could be made
   to cause you to vote "yes."

3. Send your vote to George Corliss, george.corliss@xxxxxxxxxxxxx
   (This is to preserve anonymity, when ratifying the officers
   and the basic procedures for the committee.)

4. The vote should arrive by November 27.
