IEEE 1788 Vote for procedures and policies document

The proposed IEEE 1788 Policies and Procedures document HAS BEEN ADOPTED.
According to the most recent roster of those registered to vote, we have 45
people registered to vote and two more we BELIEVE to be registered, but
there seems to be a database problem.
If the two voters in question are NOT counted, the results are
32 "YES"
2 "NO"
of 45 registered for 71% of those registered to vote in favor.
If the two voters in question ARE counted, the results are
34 "YES"
2 "NO"
of 47 registered for 72% of those registered to vote in favor.
In addition to certifying the results, I note that there have been several
suggestions/concerns raised about the now adopted P&P document. I trust
that the officers will promote full discussion of those concerns.
Also, now that we have Policies and Procedures, they say that anyone not
voting in two consecutive ballots is removed from the roster of those
registered to vote. As we continue our work, you MUST vote to remain
eligible to vote.
