I vote "no".
I think the comparison operators need discussion,
whether "<" for instance should be interepreted
as "certainly lower" (which is the case in the
proposal), "probably lower" or something else.
I would vote "yes" if the first three sentences
of the section "Operations and expression" are removed
(they can be re-inserted, but after discussion and a
rationale).
