On Nate Hayes' postings ...

There as been an inquiry about why postings by Nate Hayes
appear to come from me. The reason is because an original
posting by Nate inadvertently went to the wrong IEEE address,
and his direct postings have been flagged as "spam" since
then. I am redirecting his email until the responsible persons
at IEEE can fix the problem.
The fact that postings from Nate appear to come from me does
not imply anything concerning my support or lack of support
of positions he espouses. I am merely the messenger in this case.
