I think this wording also expresses my intent in Motion 4. However, I  
agree with Dan that "I am loath to do too much wordsmithing on  
something that will not actually appear in the text of the document".  
So I would prefer to keep the wording unchanged, and be grateful for  
alternatives that may, to some people, be a clearer interpretation of  
the intent.
