I vote NO on motion 5. There are many reasons, the most significant
of thich is the limitednes of the conceptual underpinning of the
motion. That conceptual underpinning is inadequate for the purposes
of IEEE-1788. For example, the fist sentence of the circulated PDF is
false and that falisty is obvious by inspection.
