Yes. Concrete representation formats for both intervals and decorations
should probably not be standardized (this can be debated if necessary), but
specification of the decoration trits together with their correct semantics
in all operations with other bare intervals, bare decorations and decorated
intervals should all be standardized.
Interchange formats for intervals and decorations should also be
standardized.
