Since Nate, as promised, has submitted the revision to Motion 8,
I, as promised, am re-starting the discussion period.  Discussion
of Motion 8, revision 2, will continue until after Tuesday,
November 3, after which voting on it will begin.

Juergen:  Please update the web page with the new PDF and the
          updated status.

William:  Please record this action in the minutes.

P.S. Please note that both motion 9 and motion 10 are also
     under discussion.  Motion 10 discussion ends simultaneously
     with Motion 8.02, while motion 9 discussion ends a week
     earlier.  It looks like we'll have a busy six weeks or so!
