Yes.  I propose to refer to the set as

M0010.02 Elementary Functions
   M0010.10 List of required functions
   M0010.20 Postpone details
   M0010.30 General power

About M0010.20 Postpone details:  What would a vote of "No" mean?  That
details NOT be postponed, i.e., that they be present?  That is, to insist
that details be specified NOW.  From the perspective of a Parliamentarian,
that would be a valid outcome.


A "no" for M0010.20 could also mean:
Do not care about other motions and make motion 10 a self-contained unit

but I don't think that this vote will be taken very often
