Re: M0008.02_Exception_Handling YES



My vote is "YES"

I agree with George that more is work is needed to get
solid standard verbiage.  However, discussions
at Dagstuhl have led to my understanding "decorations" more,
and, although there is a down side, they're not so bad.
We do need SOME kind of exception handling, and there is
more than one exception we need.  Something like a "decoration"
naturally follows from that.
