YES to M0008.02 Exception_Handling
Like George, I think that for handling interval exceptions, the decoration approach is the best so far offered. My yes vote should be interpreted as "I support what we have so far. But it needs a LOT more work, especially in the Level 2 semantics of exceptions and how these should be specified within the standard. Let's do that work."
