[P-1788] Re: P1788/M0012.01:InnerAddition voting ends today
P-1788:
Regarding rules, I would like to point out that, if the voting
period ends without a quorum and the vote tabulator does not
extend the voting period, the motion dies; anyone who wants the
motion to pass would then need to re-introduce it. Furthermore,
extending the voting period is at the discretion of the
voting tabulator.
Sincerely,
Baker
P.S. It is also written in our Policies and Procedures that
if an active member (used for computing a quorum) does
not vote in two consecutive votes, that person is
dropped from the rolls. (However, that person may
be reinstated upon contacting the chair.)
