Motion P1788/M0013.02:ComparisonOperations : Withdrawn

I herewith declare Motion 13 to be withdrawn.

Juergen: Please update the status of this motion on the web page.

Note:  Since there is still some discussion of revision, I will not
       consider Ulrich's most recent submission to be a motion
       until I obtain a formal request to do so.  Are there any
       objections (or motions)?
