Fw: Motion P1788/M0014.01: 6.1_and_6.2_of_document: NO changed to YES

I apologize for getting carried away.

My vote on Motion 14 sections 6.1 and 6.2 is YES.

I vote yes reluctantly because I disagree with the suggestion that (NaN, NaN) be used to represent the empty set, but since it isn't mandatory in 6.1 and 6.2, the wording is acceptable. I would prefer that that sentence be removed.

We are voting on 6.1 and 6.2.

Your comments relate to 6.3 which is about interchange format and is not the subject of this motion. Yes, your points are serious and worth discussing, and it is time we had this discussion, but that is for another day.
