Oh, dear -- I meant Motion 13.04; of course, motion 16 has
already passed. I encourage people to look at the list at
http://grouper.ieee.org/groups/1788/private/Motions/AllMotions.html
That list, maintained by Juergen, has the definitive information
on active motions.
In addition to 13.04, discussion ending tomorrow, discussion
for a a closely related motion, 20.01, ends the day after tomorrow.
Do the proposers wish to make any changes to either of these
motions?
