In case you are watching closely, yes, there HAVE been people voting more than once, which is perfectly acceptable under our Policies and Procedures. It is only the most recent vote that counts. That provision allows people to change their minds during the voting, or to forget they voted. Only one vote per person is counted.
It is not like struggling democracies such as Chicago, where the admonition has been, "Vote early and often." :-)
