P-1788: Motion M0019.01 is withdrawn, and since Motion M0019.02 has been moved by John and seconded by Dan, we now enter its discussion period. SINCE WE HAVE ALREADY DISCUSSED THIS MOTION, I SEEK A SHORTER DISCUSSION PERIOD. IF THERE ARE NO OBJECTIONS DURING THE NEXT 10 DAYS, I WILL LIMIT THE DISCUSSION PERIOD TO 10 DAYS, to end after October 3, 2010.
