Motion M0019.01 is withdrawn, and since Motion M0019.02 has been moved
by John and seconded by Dan, we now enter its discussion period.
SINCE WE HAVE ALREADY DISCUSSED THIS MOTION, I SEEK A SHORTER DISCUSSION
PERIOD. IF THERE ARE NO OBJECTIONS DURING THE NEXT 10 DAYS, I WILL
LIMIT THE DISCUSSION PERIOD TO 10 DAYS, to end after October 3, 2010.
(If I receive objections during that time, I will extend the discussion
period to the full three weeks.
Juergen: Please post the revised motion and enter the associated information
on the web page.
Guillaume (secretary pro tempore): Please record withdrawal of 19.01 (with
today's date) and (with today's date) the action concerning 19.02.
AGAIN, I EMPHASIZE that voting on 19.01 has ceased, and 19.02 is now
under discussion.
