Re: Discussion paper: what are the level 2 datums?

John,

Your "summary (1.6) " looks like a reasonable content of a motion, while the previous
sections of your attached document provide your rationale for the summary. However,
I'm puzzled a bit over your "1.1 Equality of intervals," and I'm wondering if you
can clarify or be more succinct. Furthermore, in your summary, you don't seem to
summarize when two datums are considered equal. Do you need to?

Best regards,

Baker

I submit the attached paper for discussion, following which I aim to make it a motion.
