Is there trouble with the listserv? At 08:52 UTC (this morning) I posted an offer to second the expected resubmission by Dan Zuras after his formal withdrawal, together wilh relevant comments. I will repost if this is not reflected back to me by tonight... (I've noticed delays of several hours recently, causing posts to be reflected to me out of order...)
