Reminder: Motion P1788/M0021.2:IntervalOverlapping

Reminder: Voting on Motion 21.2 is open until Monday, December 13.  Baker's announcement is appended below.

Current tally: Yes: 7; No: 6; Required for quorum: 37 

As Baker explains in more detail, "To follow our policies and procedures document, we will therefore drop people on the roster after two consecutive non-votes ON ANY ISSUE.  This includes the present vote."
