I vote NO on Motion P1788/M0024.02 for the same reasons as Vincent
Lefèvre. I believe that what the motion tries to specify is outside
P1788's scope. I also agree with Michel Hack in that, if it were inside
P1788's scope, the motion would not be inclusive enough.
