I vote NO on Motion P1788/M0024.03:RoundedOperations: ...

	I have detailed my opinions on this motion in this forum
	extensively.

	These instructions were sufficiently important in the
	70s & 80s to be found (in one form or another) on nearly
	all machines today.  And I believe they are still a good
	idea to have hanging around.

	I believe that this particular form of all these
	instructions is a good idea even today.

	But I believe that it is not our place to mandate any
	particular hardware as a precondition to conforming to
	1788.  Further, that such a mandate might actually hurt
	efficient hardware & software interval implementations.

	For these reasons & more I vote NO on this motion.
