Motion 24.03 NO

I vote NO on Motion 24.03.

I have already detailed my opinions. The motion has improved a bit
(it is fine that it no longer mentions hardware). But:

1. This shouldn't belong to P1788, but to the floating-point arithmetic
and language standards (IEEE 754-1985 already defines these operations,
and it will be available in general, and if it is not, there may be a
good reason, and no problems will be solved concerning P1788).

Moreover the motion doesn't detail how rounding upwards, etc. is
defined. Is this correct rounding? With exceptions? How should they
be handled? and so on... Detailing everything would be quite complex
for P1788, and that's also why such requirements are better provided
by floating-point arithmetic (e.g. IEEE 754) and language standards
(let's also mention LIA).

2. I still disgree about the list of the operations. Why not all
operations (functions) supported by P1788?
