I regret wasting everybody's time on decisions that were made
early on.

I withdraw Motion 28.01.

Glancing through some of the very early discussion, it is surprising
to me that so much of it had to do with purely implementation
considerations rather than different possible mathematical foundations.

I remain steadfast in my conviction that a containment-only interval
standard would have been the better way to proceed.

Nevertheless, what is done is done and I will not waste the group's
time on this topic again unless someone else initiates it.
