I vote YES, because I agree that nums2interval(u,v) should be undefined when u > v
and that num2interval(x) is not safe.
However, after the end of the voting period of this motion I would like to query
an opinion of the working group about mentioning int2interval(x) constructor in the standard.
Perhaps it will be another motion.
