Yes. The standard has 4-level structure. Level 1 is mathematical level,
but we must keep in mind how to implement it at lower levels.


With that respect,  I would like to point out that
the distinction betwwen precdesEqual and LessEqual should not be kept.
While this distinction is meaning full at level 1
IT cannot be preseved in most of the cases at Level 2
