Re: Do I have a second? Motion: Number format

I just realised that this is still pending, even though we already
talked about "Motion 33?".

So I formally second Vincent's motion, and hope we can number it 33
to avoid confusion (implying that Ulrich's motion, seconded by Bo,
should become Motion 34).
