I think that it would be a bad idea to use both kinds of fonts with
different meanings, because bold is sometimes used as a fallback for
blackboard bold fonts.

I also think that the notations should easily be transposable to
hand writing (where it's difficult to do real bold characters)
without ambiguity.

I wondered whether a simple capital Roman letter I (not italic) could
be used instead of the blackboard bold I.
