Motion P1788/M0036.03:Flavors Yes

My vote on Motion 36.03 is YES.  While I share many of the
concerns expressed by those voting no, I have come to
accept John Pryce's belief that that passing Motion 36.03
will not cause significant delay to a set-based standard.
